Ashton Gottschall
Ashton Gottschall grew up in Greenville, South Carolina, where he graduated from Riverside High School. He attended the University of South Carolina Upstate for his undergraduate degree in political science. After graduation, Ashton moved to Columbia, SC, where he started his own small business and began his legal education at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
While at USC Law, Ashton pursued leadership roles with several organizations, serving as Articles Editor for the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law Journal, President of the USC branch of the Federalist Society, and Chair of the Christian Legal Society.
Ashton concentrates his practice primarily on estate planning and serving local business owners and entrepreneurs as general counsel. He seeks to provide excellent service and advice for his clients and strives to serve and build strong relationships with the local community.
Ashton and his wife, Lauren, live in Seneca with their son, Noah, and daughter, Adeline. Ashton enjoys hiking and camping with his family, working on cars (especially vintage air-cooled Volkswagens), reading, and various forms of hands-on projects.
