Daniel Atkinson

Daniel Atkinson graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2021, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review, participated as a Member of the Moot Court Board, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He practices in the areas of insurance coverage, civil defense, state and federal appeals, and Section 1983 claims.

Daniel is originally from Pageland, South Carolina. Prior to law school, he graduated summa cum laude from Columbia International University with a double major in Humanities and Biblical Studies and subsequently received a Master of Arts in English from Clemson University. Before joining the firm, Daniel practiced at a Charlotte law firm in the area of commercial real estate transactions and at a Columbia law firm as a litigator. In his free time, Daniel enjoys hiking, fishing, and backpacking.
