H&G Law Welcomes Daniel Atkinson to Our Team

Hubbard & Gottschall's practice is still growing with Daniel Atkinson joining our Columbia, South Carolina office on December 8, 2025. Daniel joins our insurance and litigation team with several years of civil litigation experience. Most recently, Daniel practiced with a civil litigation law firm in South Carolina. Prior to that, he did transactional work at a law firm based in North Carolina. Daniel’s skills and experience will continue to expand and improve the services that we offer our clients. Our Columbia office continues to bring longstanding insurance and litigation experience, deep client relationships, and skilled attorneys and staff. Our firm's practice is state-wide, and our office footprint encompasses both the bustling Upstate of South Carolina and the thriving and growing Midlands.
