Our Story
Hubbard & Gottschall Law began as the successor firm to the Airey Law Firm in Seneca, South Carolina. Since the Airey Law Firm first formed in 2011, our practice has grown to encompass offices in both Seneca, South Carolina, and our state capital, Columbia, South Carolina.
During that time, our team has grown and our practice has diversified to better meet the needs of our clients. Our estate planning team focuses primarily on estate planning, probate administration, and general counsel for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Our insurance coverage and litigation team brings experience in South Carolina state and federal trial and appellate courts.
Together, we strive for excellence in every facet of our practice including our relationships with our clients and the local community. H&G Law Welcomes Will Jordan to Our Team
Hubbard & Gottschall's practice continues to expand with William “Will” Jordan joining our Columbia, South Carolina office on June 16, 2025. Will joins our insurance and litigation team with approximately 18 years of civil litigation experience. Most recently, Will served as the Chief of the Civil Division in the United States Attorneys’ Offices in South Carolina. Prior to that, Will practiced with two different civil litigation law firms in South Carolina. Will’s skills and experience will continue to expand and improve the services that we offer our clients. Our Columbia office continues to bring longstanding insurance and litigation experience, deep client relationships, and skilled attorneys and staff. Our firm's practice is state-wide and our office footprint encompasses both the bustling Upstate of South Carolina and the thriving and growing Midlands.
